Production Worker Temp (Pre-Assembly)

Duties

• Operate machinery used in the production process, or assist machine operators.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected, and notify operators of any malfunctions.
• Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using hoists.
• Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete.
• Mark or tag identification on parts.
• Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances.
• Help production workers by performing duties of lesser skill, such as supplying or holding materials or tools, cleaning work areas and equipment, and cleaning of doors and frame components.
• Clean and lubricate equipment.
• Record information such as the number of products inspected, and dates and times of product production.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

Other assigned tasks at direction of Supervision.

Education And Experience Profile

• A high school diploma or GED certificate and/or industrial experience.

Required Skills

• Mechanical ability.
• Reading various dimensional mythology instruments.
• Production & Processing: knowledge or ray materials, production processes, and quality control.
• Tools and Technology: Forklifts Hammers - Claw hammers Hoists - Power hoists Jacks - Hand jacks; Pipe jacks Ladders - Platform ladders Screwdrivers - Phillips head screwdrivers; Straight screwdrivers Slings - Material-hoisting slings Tape measures - Measuring tapes Variety of hand tools, measuring instruments, power tools such as saws Mechanical machines Paint systems Assembly operations
