About the role
This is a temporary full-time position for up to 3 months. The Benefits Program Manager contributes to AHF by enhancing the efficiency of patient benefit management. Our team specializes in optimizing coverage assistance to ensure comprehensive financial support for our patients' healthcare needs.

AHF operates in a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders. The Benefits Program Manager will work as part of a close-knit team to secure the financial aspects of our patients' healthcare by effectively managing financial resources.
Responsibilities
- Manage prescription coverage programs.
- Facilitate Ryan White and Affordable Care Act enrollments.
- Provide out-of-pocket assistance for patients.
- Oversee enrollment and management of federal and state-funded programs such as Medicaid and Medicare.
- Ensure accurate reporting and compliance throughout benefit management processes.
- Contribute to the development of training programs for staff.
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels to guarantee high-quality services.
- Foster collaboration and uphold the quality of services provided to patients, enhancing AHF’s reputation.
