Patient Financial Counselor

Brief Description

Position will be working on site in Salida, CO

What You’ll Do

• Use your skills to resolve patient balances for scheduled and completed services
• Tap into insurance verification tools and estimator systems to clarify costs
• Reach out to patients, explain their options, and offer compassionate solutions
• Guide patients through payment plans, financial assistance, Medicaid, and more
• Work daily reports and collaborate with our awesome registration team

Requirements

• Education and/or Experience: A minimum of three years related business and/or customer service experience, preferably in a hospital, medical or physician office.
• Language Skills: Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent language, grammar and spelling skills.
