PATIENT ACCOUNTS COUNSELOR

Responsibilities

• Timely filing and follow-up of all claims for assigned accounts
• Timely movement of accounts through the collection cycle

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Five years of hospital billing experience preferred

Qualifications

• Analytical and organizational skills above average
• Attention to detail
• Communication, documentation, and public relations skills excellent
