A Client Care Specialist 2 (CCS2) contributes to AHF by embodying our commitment to excellence in patient care and operational efficiency. Through cross-functionality, CCS2s play a pivotal role in ensuring that our combined healthcare and wellness center operates seamlessly and that our patients receive the best client experience and the highest standard of care.
A CCS2 enhances the reputation of AHF by demonstrating adaptability and a versatile skill set, seamlessly transitioning between clinical, HIV/STD testing, administrative, and front office roles. This role fosters a positive patient experience, building trust and loyalty while advocating for AHF’s top initiatives. Success in this role requires keeping AHF’s Core Values and Mission at the forefront of all actions.

Responsibilities
- Perform medical assistant clinical functions, including phlebotomy and HIV/STD testing.
- Handle administrative duties such as front office tasks, processing patient referrals, and verifying insurance coverage.
- Actively participate in cross-functional rotations to develop skills across multiple healthcare and wellness center functions.
- Collaborate with other AHF employees and departments to reinforce AHF’s mission and values.
- Ensure seamless transitions between clinical and administrative roles to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- MA Diploma is required.
- National Certification is preferred.
