Temp Market Week Receptionist
Overview
The Receptionist’s primary responsibility is to cover the main reception area and provide general administrative and clerical support during Market Week from February 25th – March 5th. The selected candidate must be fully available for the duration of market week.
Responsibilities
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Provide information to callers
- Greet people entering organization
- Direct people to correct destinations
- Field queries from the public and customers
- Maintain conference room schedules
- Maintain company contact sheet
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel
- Proficient in Outlook

Pay Range
The estimated pay range for this role is $25-$27 per hour
