Weekend Receptionist

Job Summary

Ridgeway Rehab Center, a 61-bed skilled nursing facility in Catonsville, Maryland, is seeking a Weekend Receptionist to provide exceptional service and ensure a warm environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and direct guests to the appropriate department or staff member
• Respond to mail and packages in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming to guests
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, visitors, and staff, greeting them with a smile and a helping hand
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Maintain accurate records and documents, ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of customer service experience
• Phone and computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to maintain a professional and positive attitude, even in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

• Weekend schedule, 9:00am-4:00pm
• Expect to interact with guests, visitors, and staff, some cheerful, some less so
• Occasional lifting of objects, mostly lifting spirits
