Responsibilities
- Greet residents, families, and visitors in a warm and professional manner, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, taking messages, and maintaining accurate records
- Provide administrative support to the nursing staff and other departments as needed
- Assist with daily tasks, such as sorting mail, distributing newspapers, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, promoting a positive and caring environment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
