Primary Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal teams, educational providers, and alliance partners to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of grant-related activities.
- Troubleshoot issues in the application process to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to secure and maintain accurate documentation for audit purposes.
- Build and maintain compliant partnerships with grant recipients.
- Act as a resource for grant application processes and the grant portal.
- Cook up and share relevant information for reports and communications under the guidance of senior team members.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Familiarity with compliance guidelines related to independent medical education grants and continuing medical education programs.
- Knowledge of systems and tools such as EFMS, Zycus, QlikSense, Excel, and PowerPoint is advantageous.
