Responsibilities
- Aid users with account creation, password resets, and system access requests.
- Provide clear communication and customer support while resolving user issues.
- Perform data quality checks including reviewing duplicate or merged records.
- Document support requests and updates within the ticketing system.
- Respond to incoming support requests via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot login and authentication issues.
Qualifications
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a structured support environment.
- Experience in customer service, help desk, call center, or technical support roles.
- Comfortable providing phone-based support and handling support tickets.
- Strong communication skills and ability to assist non-technical users.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Strong data entry and computer navigation skills.
Pay
$21.00/hr
Schedule
40 hours/week | 5:30AM-2PM or 6AM-2:30PM (TBD)
