Responsibilities

  • Aid users with account creation, password resets, and system access requests.
  • Provide clear communication and customer support while resolving user issues.
  • Perform data quality checks including reviewing duplicate or merged records.
  • Document support requests and updates within the ticketing system.
  • Respond to incoming support requests via phone and email.
  • Troubleshoot login and authentication issues.

Qualifications

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a structured support environment.
  • Experience in customer service, help desk, call center, or technical support roles.
  • Comfortable providing phone-based support and handling support tickets.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to assist non-technical users.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Strong data entry and computer navigation skills.

Pay

$21.00/hr

Schedule

40 hours/week | 5:30AM-2PM or 6AM-2:30PM (TBD)
