PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Completes assigned tasks and projects as directed by supervisors
  • Assists with calling leads and leasing efforts
  • Affixes to communication with residents to schedule, coordinate, or follow-up on work orders
  • Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers through the facilitation and implementation of company-wide customer centric programs and initiatives
  • Actively engaged in ensuring first-class property curb appeal for all properties
  • Adheres to the letter and spirit of Fair Housing laws
