Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and business support as well as data entry.
  • Respond to inquiries from citizens and City personnel via phone, email, or in person, and direct them to appropriate personnel.
  • Prepare and maintain office records, reports, and correspondence.
  • Collect and organize data for projects.
  • Record, transcribe, and distribute various documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Two years of related experience.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A valid Class C Texas driver's license.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

Work environment may vary depending on assignment, but typically work is performed in a typical office environment and relatively free from unpleasant environmental conditions or hazards.
