Teller Supervisor (Service Staff - Craig / Clayton)

Essential Functions

• Leads the daily activities of client service associates.
• Counsel and coach branch staff to improve customer service, sales, and operational skills by providing on-the-job training.
• Help develop action plans to meet individual and branch goals.
• Ensure the branch provides quality service while protecting against loss.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of branch operations.
• If needed, supervise branch activities in the absence of, or in conjunction with branch management team.
• Expand client base through successful selling and coaching techniques including lending applications, cross-selling of bank services and products, and assisting clients in every area of banking.
• If needed, perform processing of cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch.

Qualifications

• 2+ years banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience, or successful completion of company-approved training.
• Advanced knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking.
• Working knowledge of math.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.
• Driving is an essential function of this role and as such, employees must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
