About the role
Lead and supervise teller staff to ensure efficient, customer-focused service. Perform and oversee customer banking transactions while resolving service inquiries. Coach and motivate tellers to identify customer needs and refer appropriate financial solutions. Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. Conduct regular cash counts and maintain operational accuracy of teller drawers and cash vault. Train, develop, and mentor team members on operational and service standards. Partner with the Branch Manager to maintain branch operational integrity and assist in their absence. Promote digital banking tools and customer channels to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a retail or banking environment.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a financial or retail setting is preferred.
- Experience with cash handling and sales referral processes is preferred.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of banking policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in using bank systems and software.

Pay
$17.00 - $26.08 per hour
