About the role

Provide excellent customer service in all interactions. Refer customers to the appropriate business partner for consultative conversations. Responsible for risk management by following policies and procedures, ensuring actions drive a positive customer experience while operating within the Bank's risk appetite.

Responsibilities

• Deepen customer relationships by listening to their needs, asking questions, and guiding them to appropriate financial solutions.
• Follow up on customer questions and find solutions to address issues promptly.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with customers.
• Keep customer information confidential and adhere to the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
• Perform daily office responsibilities to ensure efficient operations, including balancing records, correcting outages, and staying updated on bank policies and procedures.
• Handle customer problems professionally, escalating complex issues to leadership as needed.
• Demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making within established guidelines.
• Identify customer needs during interactions and refer them to Bankers or business partners for consultative conversations.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and services offered.
• Utilize referral tools for tracking purposes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Extensive cash handling experience.
• Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the public while adhering to dress code guidelines.
• Knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
• Ability to take initiative and demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making and problem resolution.

• Flexibility in scheduling.
