About the role

As a Teller Lead within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will coach, mentor, and lead tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.

• Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers on alternatives available for their financial needs.
• Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and make appropriate referrals.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources.
• Assist the Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes.
• Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.

Requirements

• 1+ years of related experience (in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered).
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

Pay

Base Salary: $41,250.00 – $68,750.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
