About the role
First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Full-time Teller to join the team at the Kalihi branch.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
- Serve a diverse group of customers, from individuals opening their first checking account to seasoned investors managing their wealth
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year or more of customer service experience and cash handling
- Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong ability to positively engage with customers
- Attention to detail, ability to use judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information
- Sales advisory skills to educate customers on products and services
Pay
The pay range for the role is $18.00 - $21.50/hour, commensurate with experience; plus sales incentives
Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Saturday on a rotation basis 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary)
