Pay

$18.00 - $21.50 per hour, plus sales incentives.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Saturday on a rotational basis 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM (hours may vary).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients as the face of First Hawaiian Bank in our branches.
• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
• Serve a diverse group of customers, from individuals opening their first checking account to seasoned investors managing their wealth.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in cash handling.
• One year of experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry (e.g., retail, mortgage/loans/deposits, and wholesale banking).
• Pleasant and tactful when interacting with customers.
• Good oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to use judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information.
• Able to handle confidential matters judiciously.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations and balance cash with the assistance of a calculator.
• Possesses sales skills to enhance business development opportunities.
