Compensation

$20.00 – $23.50/hour, plus sales incentives.

Work Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Rotational Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM (hours may vary)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of First Hawaiian Bank by providing exceptional customer service to clients.
• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of bank products and services.
• Engage with a diverse customer base, from new account holders to experienced investors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Personal alignment with core values: Caring, Character, and Collaboration.
• One year or more of customer service experience and cash handling.
• Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills with a positive customer engagement approach.
• Attention to detail and ability to exercise judgment and discretion regarding transactions and confidential information.
• Sales advisory skills to educate customers on products and services.
