Teller - Kaimuki Branch (Part-Time 25 hours/week)

About the role

Tellers at Central Pacific Bank are the face of the company to both customers and non-customers. Their primary responsibilities include processing routine financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and merchant transactions. They also provide a warm welcome to every customer who visits the branch.

Responsibilities

• Processing routine financial transactions
• Providing personalized customer service
• Tackling a variety of financial transactions
• Maintaining accurate records of each customer
• Answering customer questions with a can-do attitude
• Safeguarding assigned and branch cash according to security procedures
• Maintaining working knowledge of policies and procedures
• Referring customers to appropriate financial products and services
• Maintaining and submitting customer referrals and reports

Requirements

• 6 months or more of experience in cash handling and customer service
• 1+ year(s) of experience in a Financial Institution and/or Teller experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
