Teller I

About the role

This is a 40 hour/week position at Landmark Credit Union.

Responsibilities

• Serves members by receiving or paying out funds with high accuracy.
• Provides cash receipt and payment services in accordance with credit union policies and procedures.
• Presents and explains a basic number of credit union products and services to members.
• Represents the credit union in a positive and professional manner.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous work experience with cash handling or customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Experience or ability to gain proficiency in all programs and systems used for this job.
• A thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to this position.
• To comply with all company policies and procedures and all job-related State and federal laws and regulations.
• The ability to stand for long periods of time.

Benefits

• Branch hours: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM; Saturday, 9 AM to 3 PM; Sunday, 9 AM to 2 PM.
