TELLER I

About the role

The Teller creates a positive first impression and establishes strong member relationships, processes member transactions, and assists members with account maintenance and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Promote and uphold the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values
• Process basic and advanced member transactions and account maintenance confidentially, accurately, and efficiently, and assist members with problem resolution
• Build member relationships by uncovering member needs, providing overall education, suggesting products and services, and directing members to other credit union representatives as appropriate

Requirements

• One to twelve months of similar or related experience is a plus
• Previous cash handling or teller experience is preferred
• Knowledge of credit union products and services is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible availability, including rotating Saturdays
• Working knowledge of computers and ten-key data entry skills required

Qualifications

• The ability to speak and translate fluent Spanish and English is a plus but not required
• Ideal candidates will have flexible availability, which will include Saturdays
• Passionate about member/customer service and thrive in a team and results-oriented environment
