Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service by assisting members with deposits, loans, and new account processing.
• Assess member needs and provide tailored recommendations for SCCU products.
• Serve as floor manager to direct members to appropriate information sources and minimize waiting time.
• Perform all aspects of transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and the sale of monetary instruments.
• Balance cash, monetary instruments, and daily work accurately to ensure member account integrity.
• Manage and utilize the computer terminal and online system to produce error-free work.

Requirements

• 6+ months of customer service and/or cash handling experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalency.

Compensation

Starting Salary: $17.91 - $18.97/hour
Bonus Opportunity: Eligible for ONE SCCU Annual Bonus.

Schedule

Full Time during Branch hours of operation: Monday - Friday 7:45am - 6:15pm. Saturdays, Alternating on Rotation, 8:45am – 1:15pm.
