Roles & Responsibilities

• Provides telehealth care, offering 24/7 virtual support to patients, caregivers, and facility staff

Qualifications & Skills

• Active Nurse Practitioner license
• Certification (Family, Adult, Gerontology, or Acute Care)
• DEA licensure

• Preferred: familiarity with behavioral health
• Strong communication, adaptability, and ability to work remotely
