About the role

This position plays a crucial role in our Apricus team, supporting the development and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes and tools.
  • Provide regular progress updates and present findings to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage projects effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and business intelligence tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
