About the Role

We are looking for a Telephone/PBX Operator who is passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Provide exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
• Ensure accurate and timely call routing
• Support the front desk team by assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Previous experience operating a PBX or multi-line phone system preferred
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and email
• The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
