Responsibilities
- Conducting virtual survivorship visits
- Developing personalized care plans

- Coordinating surveillance and recurrence monitoring
- Providing education and psychosocial support
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Contributing to clinical workflow improvements
Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner with over 3 years of oncology and survivorship experience
- Strong clinical judgment
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfort delivering care virtually
- Organization and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
