Telemedicine Oncology Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual survivorship visits and create personalized care plans
• Manage chronic conditions and late effects of cancer therapy
• Coordinate surveillance, recurrence monitoring, and patient education
• Provide psychosocial support and counseling through telehealth
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Contribute to clinical workflow development, quality improvement, and program scalability

Qualifications & Skills

• Active Nurse Practitioner license (or ability to obtain in the relevant state)
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort with virtual care delivery
• Excellent communication skills with an empathetic, patient-centered approach
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment
