About the role

Seeking a Telemedicine Medical Oncology Nurse Practitioner (NP) to deliver comprehensive survivorship care remotely in a telehealth‑first environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual survivorship visits and create personalized care plans.
• Manage long‑term effects of cancer treatment and chronic conditions.
• Coordinate evidence‑based surveillance and recurrence monitoring.
• Provide education, counseling, and psychosocial support via telehealth.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams including oncology, behavioral health, and care navigation.
• Assist in designing clinical workflows, SOPs, and care protocols.
• Contribute to quality improvement, patient experience, and program scalability.

Qualifications & Skills

• NP with 3+ years of oncology and survivorship experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and virtual care delivery skills.
• Excellent communication with a patient‑first, empathetic approach.
