Position Description
Penn Medicine OnDemand (PMOD), a 24/7 virtual care telemedicine practice, is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to provide on-demand primary care services to patients of the University of Pennsylvania Health System (UPHS).
About the Role
The CRNP will work remotely and will cover 12-hour shifts across days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-demand primary care services to patients of the University of Pennsylvania Health System (UPHS)
- Work remotely during 12-hour shifts
- Cover days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
- Graduate of a NLN-approved school of nursing
- Completion of an approved Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner program with a MSN-Family Medicine, Adult Primary Care, or Adult-Gero Primary Care
- Requires National Board Certification
- Requires Child Protection Clearances
- Requires active nursing license, both Registered Nurse and Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as well as New Jersey
- Within (6) months of hire, the candidate must achieve equivalent state licensure in Delaware and Maryland
- Must successfully complete credentialing and payer enrollment as established through the University of Pennsylvania Health System’s Office of Medical Affairs
