Position Description

Penn Medicine OnDemand (PMOD) is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide on-demand primary care services to patients of the University of Pennsylvania Health System. PMOD is a 24/7 telemedicine practice staffed by a team of Physician and Nurse Practitioners. The per diem NP will work remotely covering a combination of shifts with a focus on evening and weekend shifts.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in nursing with appropriate Nurse Practitioner Certification (Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner)
• Licensed (or license eligible) to practice professional nursing in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
• Within six (6) months of hire, the candidate must achieve equivalent state licensures in Delaware and Maryland
• At least 3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience, preferably within primary care or urgent care
• Previous telehealth experience is a plus
