Responsibilities

• Provide remote primary care services for adult and pediatric patients via virtual visits
• Manage acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and follow-up appointments
• Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR system
• Coordinate care with onsite healthcare teams
• Comply with telehealth and state medical regulations
• Deliver high-quality virtual primary care, ensuring patient safety and compliance, while leveraging clinical support and streamlined onboarding to enhance the telehealth experience

Qualifications & Skills

• Family Medicine or primary care medical qualification
• Ability to conduct virtual consultations effectively
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Knowledge of telehealth protocols and state regulations
• Comfortable managing diverse patient cases in a remote setting
