Telehealth Physician

About the Role

We seek dedicated, patient-focused physicians licensed in at least three, preferably five, US states to provide high-quality virtual care across various specialties, including primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care. This role offers flexibility to work remotely, with most services conducted virtually and optional in-person hybrid opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual patient assessments, medical histories, and treatments.
• Build compassionate, therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests to inform treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications, including buprenorphine for opioid addiction, excluding controlled substances.
• Collaborate with a healthcare team, ensuring comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay informed on medical advancements, telehealth practices, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Active medical licenses in at least three states, with a preference for five, including CA, FL, NC, PA, TX.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings.
• Willingness to work a minimum of 15 hours weekly, primarily during weekday hours.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with telemedicine platforms and EMRs.
• At least one DEA certification and applicable CSL if needed.
