About the role
We've connected over a million patients throughout the United States with world-class physicians from a phone or laptop. Our patient-base is a diverse population with a mix of private, public, and uninsured patients. Our typical clinical scope includes urgent and a wide array of primary care.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care via telehealth, focusing on urgent and primary care.
- Work a combination of late afternoons, evenings, and Fridays/Saturdays (specific hours dependent upon physical location).
Requirements
- Active unrestricted Medical License in at least 5 states.
- Currently a Medicare Participating Physician.
- Board Certified in either Internal or Family Medicine with at least 2 years post-graduate experience.
- Live in a licensing compact state (if not, must hold at least 8 unrestricted licenses).
- Willing to obtain additional state licenses if needed (covered by Fabric Health).
- Excellent communicator passionate about a great patient experience.

- Independent contractor compensation: $110/hour Mon–Fri and $130/hour Sat/Sun.
