Telehealth Physician

About the role

Seeking dedicated, patient-focused physicians licensed in multiple states to provide high-quality virtual care. The role involves conducting patient assessments, reviewing medical histories, prescribing medications (excluding controlled substances, except buprenorphine), and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered virtual care and build therapeutic relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests to inform treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on their use.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain proper medical documentation and stay current with telehealth best practices.
• Provide virtual medical assessments and treatment.
• Prescribe medications, including buprenorphine for addiction.
• Maintain detailed medical records.
• Stay informed on medical advancements and telehealth practices.

Requirements

• Active medical license in at least three, preferably five, U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings.
• Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours weekly, with flexible scheduling.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to medical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine technology and EMRs (training provided).
• DEA certification and applicable CSL, if required.
