About the role
Seeking dedicated, patient-focused physicians licensed in multiple states to provide high-quality virtual care across various specialties, including primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and review medical histories.
- Order and interpret lab tests.
- Prescribe medications (excluding controlled substances except buprenorphine).
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation.
- Stay updated on telehealth practices.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered services in a fully virtual or hybrid setting.
Requirements
- Active medical license in at least three, preferably five, U.S. states; willingness to obtain additional licenses (assistance provided).
- Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings.
- Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours weekly, with flexible scheduling.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
- At least one DEA certification.
- Passion for expanding access to care and making a meaningful impact.
Key Duties
- Provide exceptional virtual patient care and build therapeutic relationships.
- Order, interpret tests, and prescribe appropriate medications.
