Telehealth Physician

About the role

We are seeking dedicated, patient-focused physicians licensed in multiple states to provide high-quality virtual care. The role involves conducting patient assessments, reviewing medical histories, prescribing medications (excluding controlled substances, except buprenorphine), and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient treatment. Physicians will maintain accurate documentation, stay updated on medical advancements, and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a flexible, fully virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional telemedicine consultations and assessments
• Order and interpret lab tests to inform treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications and guide their proper use
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to coordinate patient care
• Maintain thorough medical documentation
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and medical best practices

Requirements

• Active medical license in at least three, preferably five, U.S. states (licenses in CA, FL, NC, PA, TX preferred)
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume clinical settings
• DEA certification and applicable CSL if required
• Strong communication skills and commitment to excellence
• Proficiency with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided)
• Willingness to work at least 15 hours weekly, including one week in advance scheduling
