About the role

S-Line Systems brings warmth, comfort, and reliable technology to Slovak households. We are growing and looking for a skilled, communicative person to create a great first impression of our brand, communicate with people, and arrange meetings in the areas of HVAC, air conditioning, electrical, building systems, and technical solutions for companies.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for future customers
• Actively communicate by calling clients from our database (no blind cold calling, but relevant contacts)
• Arrange meetings for our sales representatives and manage their calendars
• Keep call logs and update data in our system

Requirements

• Self-discipline: working from home requires high responsibility and ability to organize your time
• Professional communication: pleasant voice, assertiveness, and listening skills
• Technical skills: stable internet connection, own laptop, and MS Office proficiency
• Results-oriented: willingness to achieve set goals and grow with us
• Previous experience as a telephonist/phone operator (2 years preferred)

Qualifications

• Education: secondary without school-leaving exam, secondary with school-leaving exam, post-secondary/higher vocational, university student, university I., II., or III. degree
• Position is suitable for graduates

Pay

Skilled people earn from 1000 – 1500 EUR per month. It is performance-based pay for ambitious and business-minded individuals.

Start date: ASAP. This is a contract / trade licence (živnosť) position, working from home.
