About the role
Join our team as a day shift, full-time PBX Telecom Operator in Tulsa, OK. At Hillcrest Hospital South—a full-service 180-bed facility in south Tulsa—you’ll support a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient services in a welcoming community environment. As the only DNV Orthopedic Center of Excellence (OCE) in Oklahoma, Hillcrest South is recognized for exceptional orthopedic care and holds ANCC accreditation for its RN residency program.
Responsibilities
- Process all incoming and outgoing calls promptly and courteously.
- Operate the switchboard system effectively.
- Call all codes promptly.
- Monitor alarm systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred: At least one year of previous experience within a hospital or healthcare facility.
