About the Role

We are seeking a Telecom Operator to provide exceptional customer service for HCA Florida Osceola Hospital while performing switchboard activities. You will greet callers with hospitality and professionalism, route incoming calls, and operate the public address system.

Requirements

• High School Graduate / GED required
• 1 year of experience required

About the Organization

HCA Florida Osceola Hospital is a 404-bed tertiary care hospital accredited by the Joint Commission and designated as a Level II Trauma Center. We are a teaching hospital in collaboration with UCF College of Medicine, conveniently located in Kissimmee, minutes from Orlando, St. Cloud, Celebration, and Poinciana.
