Technology Systems Supported

  • LiDAR-based traffic monitoring systems

  • Roadway and operational camera systems
  • Commercial vehicle identification and tracking technologies
  • Other transportation, infrastructure, and operational technology systems required by the project

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
  • Experience managing technology, transportation, infrastructure, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), building systems, airport systems, or similar technical projects.
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and contractors.
  • Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, documentation, and deliverables.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents, plans, specifications, and system requirements.
  • Proficiency with common project management software and Microsoft Office applications.

What Will You Do

  • Cook up the design, procurement, implementation, testing, and commissioning of project technology systems.
  • Partner with airport stakeholders, design consultants, and the Messer-Sundt Joint Venture team to support completion of technology system designs.
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors, subcontractors, consultants, and other project partners.
  • Facilitate coordination meetings and drive resolution of technical issues affecting scope, schedule, or system performance.
  • Review project documentation, submittals, specifications, schedules, and installation requirements.
  • Support procurement and contracting activities for technology systems and related services.
  • Maintain project schedules and coordinate installation activities to align with overall project milestones.
  • Oversee startup, testing, validation, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities for technology systems.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and communicate status updates to project leadership and stakeholders.
  • Aid in the development and implementation of project controls, reporting, and documentation processes.
  • Promote project safety requirements and support compliance with all applicable project procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
