The Project Manager will oversee all phases of commercial project delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, and client relations. Responsibilities

• Report to senior operations leadership and lead multiple commercial construction projects from award through completion.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and profitability.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement and contract administration.
• Lead project planning and execution meetings.
• Maintain client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships.
• Review project financial performance and forecasting.
• Manage change orders and project documentation.
• Ensure successful project closeout and turnover.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred.
• 10+ years of project management experience with a general contractor.
• Experience with adaptive reuse, retail, healthcare, office, restaurant, interior, or ground‑up projects.

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 base salary.
