Technology Support Engineer
Responsibilities
- Support coverage for all applications with Technology stack including Oracle RightNow (SaaS CSR platform) and PHP with SQL Server backend.
- Maintain, troubleshoot production issues and enhance applications.
- Perform security scans, upgrade and patching activities.
- Maintain CI/CD pipeline for deployments.
- Handle support/enhancement/security and compliance tickets within SLA.
