As a Tech supervisor, DC for Alo, you will oversee warehouse technology operations and the team’s workload. They maintain equipment, the SALT platform, and reliable support for warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Administer the SALT server.
• Support DTS and B2C order processing in SALT.
• Monitor server health and memory capacity.
• Resolve items in error folders.
• Run scheduled and ad-hoc operational reports.
• Maintain cleaning logs for printers and bots.
• Operate and perform minor repairs on the autobagger.
• Create and maintain ZPL label formats.
• Keep a current list of all arrays and totes on site.
• Respond to calls, pages, and emails about computer issues.
• Explain technical issues in non-technical terms.
• Submit and track support tickets.
• Train team members on computer hardware and software.
• Gather, analyze, and process information to identify and resolve issues.
• Maintain inventory of computer equipment, including monitors, keyboards, and printers.
• Search back-end systems for order information.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Standing, walking, bending, and twisting for extended periods.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Self-directed with a high sense of urgency; resourceful and adaptable.
