Technology Strategy and Delivery Lead

About the role

The Technology Strategy and Delivery Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing technology strategies that align with the business goals of the organization. This individual will lead the delivery of complex projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure that all technology initiatives are aligned with the strategic vision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute technology strategies that support business objectives
• Lead project teams through the full lifecycle of complex IT projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to define and prioritize technology initiatives
• Ensure alignment between technology investments and business strategy
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in technology strategy and delivery roles
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex IT projects
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong understanding of technology trends and their impact on business strategy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote/flex environment
