Key Responsibilities
- Transform ambiguous business requests into detailed requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and test plans.
- Partner closely with traders, business users, and technology teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, including RAID and dependency management.
- Cook up cross-functional teams and provide executive-ready reporting.
- Maintain strong governance and delivery discipline throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support accurate development, testing, and implementation through well-defined acceptance criteria.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Program Management, Product Delivery, or Technology Delivery within the financial services industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of trading workflows, risk management processes, PL concepts, and Capital Markets products. Proven ability in Project Management, Technical Business Analysis, and Technical Delivery Management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Fixed Income and Derivatives.
- Familiarity with regulatory and control frameworks, audit remediation, and change management.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, and SQL.

About the Role
The Delivery Lead will serve as the primary liaison between Front Office stakeholders and Technology teams, driving strategic initiatives from requirements through delivery. This individual will translate complex business needs into actionable requirements, manage multiple concurrent initiatives, and ensure successful execution through strong governance, stakeholder management, and clear executive communication. This role requires experience supporting Front Office or Capital Markets businesses.
