Tech Delivery Lead

As a Technical Delivery Lead, you will work at the intersection of AI, data, consulting, and client delivery, owning the implementation of cutting-edge solutions from discovery through production rollout. They are an AI-powered software business helping organisations scale content operations, analytics, and growth initiatives through intelligent automation and AI-driven workflows. Operating within the AI and MarTech space, they partner with enterprise clients to solve complex challenges and embed AI into real-world business processes. Their environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly execution-focused, offering significant exposure to senior stakeholders and emerging AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Leading technical delivery from discovery and solution design through implementation, launch, and handoff.
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions, delivery milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Working closely with client business, analytics, technology, security, and operational teams.
• Designing and implementing integrations across APIs, data sources, workflows, and enterprise systems.
• Building prototypes, automations, evaluation frameworks, and production-ready solutions.
• Managing project dependencies, removing blockers, and maintaining momentum in ambiguous environments.
• Communicating technical decisions, risks, and recommendations to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Partnering with Product Managers to influence product direction and identify scalable, reusable capabilities.
• Supporting user adoption, documentation, operational handover, and long-term delivery success.

Skills

• Strong experience leading complex software, AI, analytics, data, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Background within technology consulting, implementation consulting, solutions architecture, forward deployed engineering, data science, or technical programme delivery.
• Hands-on experience working with data integration, APIs, data modelling, analytics, or AI technologies.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with evolving requirements and competing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a highly execution-focused mindset.
• Experience translating technical findings into business recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable partnering with Product Managers and acting as a technical subject matter expert.
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive and C-suite audiences.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Python, SQL, cloud platforms, APIs, data pipelines, or AI applications is advantageous.
• Experience within healthcare, life sciences, financial services, or other regulated industries is beneficial but not essential.

Pay

$200,000 - $250,000 Base + Equity
