Technology Delivery Lead

About the role

This position is for a Technology Delivery Lead responsible for managing end-to-end execution of CFO and Finance & Accounting initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery that provides clear business value.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans.
• Coordinate across engineering, data, architecture, and vendors.
• Implement reporting, risk management, and executive communication to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Manage daily operations while contributing to strategic improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum of ten years experience leading complex technology or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and technology's impact on financial outcomes.
• Proven expertise in full lifecycle delivery using Agile and hybrid models, especially in data, analytics, or enterprise platform solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with senior executives.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or high school diploma/GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
