Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain Product Lifecycle Management data and configurations within FlexPLM. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system improvements. Support new product introductions, testing efforts, and go-live activities. Manage product specifications, BOMs, workflows, user access, and data integrity. Troubleshoot system and integration issues across connected platforms. Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and innovation. Qualifications Hands-on experience with FlexPLM. Experience supporting PLM platforms, product data, or product development systems. Background gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. Experience working with system integrations, data management, or enterprise applications. Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
