About the role
The Technology Solutions Support Analyst is responsible for providing high-quality technical support to clients. This includes troubleshooting issues, resolving problems, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to software and hardware.
- Document issues and solutions in a knowledge base for future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance support services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or customer service.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and common IT support tools.
Qualifications
- Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration.
- Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
